Step 1: Login & Service Area
Open Kleanapp and tap on “I am a service provider”.
Follow the prompts to enable Location Services and Notifications, these are required in order to get orders.
Fill in your email and name.
Choose the counties you offer your cleaning services in (this can be edited later in your preferences).
Step 2: Terms, Photo, and Contact Information
The Welcome page lists all requirements to register. Begin with reading and accepting our Terms & Conditions.
Take a profile photo and submit it once you are satisfied with the result. This can’t be changed from your settings so be sure you are happy with it before moving on to the next step.
Verify your contact information.
Step 3: Verification and Experience
Email our Support Team (support@kleanapp.co) a copy of a government issued ID, such as your driver’s license or passport. We’ll use your ID to match its photo to your submitted profile picture.
In this email, include a short summary of your working experience. You must have professional cleaning experience in order to book cleans through the Klean App.
Step 4: Set up Stripe Account
Stripe is our third party payment processing system, Klean App does not store or keep any of your financial information. You will receive your end of year 1099 directly from Stripe.
Register an account with Stripe and follow their directions.
During the signup process, Stripe will ask you for your personal website. If you don’t have one, you are welcome to use ours: www.kleanapp.co instead.
After completion, return to the Kleanapp and you should see Connect Stripe Account listed under the “Completed” section.
If not, double check that your SSN is entered into Stripe under both of these sections: Business details & Tax details
Tap on the gear icon in the top right corner
Tap on Settings > Business > Business details tab
Scroll to the bottom where your name and details are listed in a box
Tap on the edit button in the top right corner of that box
Enter full SSN > Save/Submit
Back at the top, tap on the More⌄ tab
Select Tax details
Scroll to the bottom and enter your SSN under Tax Identification Number
After submission, you should be ready and able to proceed in the Kleanapp.
Step 5: Personal Preferences
While we review your documents, you’ll have the opportunity to set your preferences, including what cleaning supplies you have and what extra areas you are comfortable cleaning.
Read thoroughly the section about allergies and phobias. Only place a checkmark next to the pets if you cannot clean in those circumstances.
Explore the app and add our email to your contacts so you don’t miss any updates from us. Check your spam folder if you haven’t heard from us in 48 hours after submission.

Home Screen
On this screen, you can see your current status, go online, and review previous or current orders.
Shift Settings
Set your shift to the perfect settings, each time you go online. Whether its for 1 hour or 8 hours!
Search Radius
Use the toggle in the top right corner to set the radius where you want to work that shift. Your current location moves with you, so you can set a custom radius dependent on the area you’re in that day!
